Terms of Service

These terms are an agreement between you and Insoola Information Technology Solutions ("Insoola", "we", "us") for using our websites, games and apps, including insoola.org, Country Simulator, Countryballs, Countryball Defenders, Time Crush and Lorica (together, the "Services"). By using the Services you agree to these terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Services.

Who can use the Services

You must be at least 13 years old, or the minimum age in your country, to use the Services. If you are under 18, a parent or guardian must agree to these terms and is responsible for any purchases.

Your account

You may play as a guest or sign in with Google. You are responsible for your account and for what happens on it. A guest save lives on your device until you link it, so clearing your browser data can lose it. Tell us right away at ben@insoola.org if you think someone else is using your account.

Virtual items and purchases

• Coins, gems, boosters and other virtual items are a limited, personal, non-transferable license to use inside the Service. They have no cash value, cannot be exchanged for real money, and are not your property.
• Payments are processed by Xsolla, whose terms also apply to your purchase. Prices are shown before you pay.
• Purchases are final once the items are delivered, except where the law gives you a right to a refund. If something you bought did not arrive, email us with your order id and we will fix it.
• We may change, rebalance or remove virtual items as games evolve. If a Service closes for good, we will give reasonable notice.

Play fair

You agree not to:

• cheat, use bots, scripts, exploits or modified clients, or abuse bugs instead of reporting them;
• attack, overload, reverse engineer or get around the security of the Services;
• buy, sell or trade accounts or virtual items outside the Services;
• harass others, impersonate anyone, or post content that is illegal, hateful, sexual involving minors, or that infringes someone else's rights;
• use the Services to break any law.

We may remove content, reset progress gained unfairly, or suspend or ban accounts that break these rules.

Your content and AI features

You keep ownership of the text you create, and you give us a worldwide, free license to host, show and use it to run and promote the Services. AI features generate replies automatically; they can be wrong or unexpected and are not professional advice. Do not enter information you would not want processed by an AI model provider.

Our content

The Services, including their games, art, music, code and names, belong to Insoola or our licensors. We give you a personal, non-commercial, revocable license to use them as intended. Content creators may share videos and screenshots of our games, as long as they do not suggest we endorse them.

Changes and availability

We update the Services often and may add, change or remove features. We aim to keep them running, but they may sometimes be unavailable. We may update these terms; we will change the date above and, for important changes, tell you in the Services. Continuing to use the Services means you accept the new terms.

Disclaimers and liability

The Services are provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, to the extent the law allows. To the extent the law allows, Insoola is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages, or for lost data or progress, and our total liability to you for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing here limits rights you have under consumer protection laws that cannot be waived.

Ending

You can stop using the Services at any time and ask us to delete your account. We may suspend or end your access if you break these terms or if we must by law.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Disputes go to the courts of Pasay City, Philippines, unless the law where you live gives you the right to bring them elsewhere.
